Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Standard Operations professional to coordinate daily work plans for multiple crews across a large area, emphasizing safety, customer satisfaction, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

You will adjust schedules, assign crews, coordinate equipment and materials, and communicate updates to supervisors and stakeholders, leveraging strong analytical and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations.
• Scheduling/planning experience in utility or construction industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules and assign crews for priority tasks.
• Manage the queue and assign new tasks to exceptions.
• Coordinate equipment, materials and prerequisites for work.
• Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders to maximize productivity.
• Build partnerships with supervisors and customers to maximize efficiency.
