Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in construction, design, maintenance, or operations.
• Ability to schedule and manage work to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews based on priority and resource availability.
• Monitor real-time queue and re-task work as needed to manage exceptions.
• Review work packets, coordinate equipment and materials, and ensure job readiness.
• Manage schedule disruptions and communicate updates to stakeholders to maintain start dates.
• Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to optimize productivity and efficiency.
