IBISWorld, Inc. is seeking an experienced payroll professional to own US payroll end to end across 18 states using ADP Workforce Now. You will ensure compliance, tie payroll to the general ledger, and own process improvements.

You will also back up payroll for the UK, Germany and Australia, collaborating with HR and finance to optimize controls and data flows. Strong analytical, communication, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of US multi-state payroll experience with full ownership of the payroll cycle.
• Expert-level ADP Workforce Now or similar platform.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state wage-and-hour and payroll tax rules.

Aufgaben

• Run bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees in ADP Workforce Now.
• Own pre- and post-payroll reconciliations and audits to resolve variances.
• Process base pay, overtime, commissions, bonuses, leaves, and off-cycle pay per rules.
• Maintain payroll records and assist audits and financial reporting.
• Provide backup for UK, Germany, and Australia payrolls and document procedures.
