Stream-Flo Industries is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage US payroll for a multi-state workforce. The role requires accuracy, compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and collaboration with HR and external vendors.

The ideal candidate will have extensive US payroll experience, familiarity with UKG HRIS, and a strong eye for data integrity, ensuring timely processing and accurate year-end reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of US payroll administration experience in large, multi-state organizations.
• Knowledge of US federal, state, and local payroll laws and taxes.
• Experience with UKG and HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Detail-oriented with high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly/semi-monthly full cycle payroll for US employees.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll across all US locations.
• Prepare remittances and lead year-end reporting (W-2s, W-2Cs).
• Maintain confidential employee records and data integrity.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Collaborate with HR and vendor partners on payroll-related matters.
