Job summary

IGT is seeking a Payroll Specialist III in Las Vegas to manage U.S. multi-state payroll for ~3,000 employees using ADP GlobalView and SAP SuccessFactors. You will oversee third-party MSP payroll activities, handle complex calculations, and ensure accurate, timely payments while maintaining compliance.

You will partner with People & Culture and Finance, resolving issues and validating data, time records, and tax filings, contributing to a high standard of payroll service across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must process U.S. multi-state payroll for ~3,000 employees.
• Oversee payroll activities performed by third-party MSPs.
• Administer ADP Workforce Manager Time solution.
• Handle complex payroll issues and perform research.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Finance, employees, managers, and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process U.S. multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule for ~3,000 employees using ADP GlobalView with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Support global payroll org serving ~5,600 employees across 30+ countries.
• Review payroll inputs, data, time records, earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, and adjustments for accuracy.
• Oversee MSP payroll activities including gross-to-net calculations, payments, and garnishment administration.
• Serve as a key administrator for ADP Workforce Manager Time with timecard support and data validation.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and validation before/after processing.
• Research and resolve complex payroll issues including historical data discrepancies and tax corrections.
• Complete complex payroll projects like tax amendments and system troubleshooting.
• Review payroll tax filings and payments; resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external providers.
