Job summary

International Game Technology (IGT) is seeking a Payroll Specialist III to manage US multi-state payroll for about 3,000 employees using ADP GlobalView with SAP SuccessFactors. This senior role ensures timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing within a global environment.

You will partner with People and Culture, Finance, and external vendors, overseeing MSP payroll activities and administering ADP Workforce Manager Time to maintain high service levels across the organization.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView with SAP SuccessFactors and ADP Workforce Manager Time is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. multi-state payroll processing and applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
• Experience auditing payroll data and resolving discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Process U.S. multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule for ~3,000 employees using ADP GlobalView with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Oversee payroll activities performed by third-party providers to ensure accurate and compliant outputs.
• Serve as administrator for ADP Workforce Manager Time, including timecard support and data validation.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc payroll reports and analyses for stakeholders.
• Respond to employee inquiries promptly and professionally.
