Qualifications

• 4-year college degree minimum.
• 10 years payroll experience; ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred.
• Handles highly sensitive payroll, employee, compensation, and financial information with confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours during peak periods, including year-end.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly, weekly, and monthly U.S. and Canada payroll across ~700 employees.
• Perform general ledger processing, tax and cash reporting, and payroll reconciliations.
• Provide employee inquiry and issue support; conduct thorough research and timely resolution.
• Serve as a project team resource for payroll system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementations.
