Job summary

Teleflex seeks a Senior Territory Manager for Urology in Richmond, VA to build and maintain relationships with physicians and KOLs while promoting the UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of related experience in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer products.
• Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly territory plans.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the defined area.
• Communicate value propositions of products to customers.
• Identify, train, and develop accounts for product adoption.
• Stay abreast of market conditions and recommend process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Education teams for clinical training support.
• Cultivate relationships with key customers and KOLs in the region.
• Coordinate with regional teams to prioritize strategic relationships.
• Work with Customer Service to exceed expectations.
• Ensure timely submission of sales reporting forms.
• Assist in addressing product complaints and safety issues.
• Adhere to GMP and FDA regulations.
• Maintain professional image with stakeholders.
• Establish credentials to work in hospitals.
