Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Senior Territory Manager, Interventional Urology, to lead growth in the Minneapolis region. You will drive adoption of the UroLift System and Barrigel Spacer, build key relationships with physicians and KOLs, and partner with cross-functional teams to advance Teleflex’s urology portfolio.

The role requires a strong track record in medical devices, OR experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage territory plans with travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4–5 years in the medical device industry, with urology product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer.
• Develop territory plans and monthly/quarterly objectives.
• Provide accurate forecasts for the defined area.
• Communicate value propositions to customers and drive adoption.
• Train and develop accounts integrating product lines into practices.
• Travel 50–60% and collaborate with regional teams to prioritize key customers.
