Teleflex, a global medical technologies company based in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Interventional Urology. You will lead a remote-based regional team, drive UroLift and Barrigel adoption, and manage accounts with physicians and KOLs.

Responsibilities include hiring and developing the regional team, forecasting, presenting value propositions, and ensuring alignment with Marketing and Sales Operations. Travel up to 80% is required.

Qualificações

• BA in Business or related discipline required.
• At least 10 years of sales management experience, remote team management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of urology field and relationships with local urologists.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Hire and develop regional sales team to meet quotas and targets.
• Provide coaching to drive skill development and leadership readiness.
• Forecast regional sales and present monthly updates.
• Communicate UroLift and Barrigel value to physicians.
• Collaborate with Area Directors, Marketing and Customer Service.
