Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Senior Territory Manager in St. Louis, MO for Interventional Urology. You will build and nurture professional relationships with surgeons and KOLs, drive adoption of the UroLift System and Barrigel products, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize the commercial process.

The role requires deep Urology knowledge, strategic territory planning, and the ability to launch disruptive technologies while traveling 50-60% of the time to support accounts.

Qualifications

• Operating room experience required.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for UroLift System and Barrigel products.
• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly territory plans and forecasts.
• Identify, train, and develop accounts to drive product adoption in urology practices.
• Collaborate with Education teams to deliver clinical training support to physicians.
