Teleflex is seeking a Senior Territory Manager in Interventional Urology for the Sacramento, CA area. You will build key physician and KOL relationships, communicate the UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer value propositions, and drive adoption across products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage territory plans, forecasts, and sales reporting while meeting revenue targets and maintaining professional standards. A strong urology background and field travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of related experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of urology products and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Establish, build, and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and customers.
• Communicate UroLift System and Barrigel value propositions across Teleflex’s Interventional Urology portfolio.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for the defined area.
• Develop territory plans and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
• Collaborate with Education teams to deliver clinical training support to physicians.
• Travel approximately 50-60% of the time.
