Job summary

Teleflex Fort Myers is seeking a Senior Territory Manager, Interventional Urology, to drive adoption of the UroLift System and Barrigel in SW Florida. You will build professional relationships with KOLs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and lead accounts to exceed revenue targets.

The role requires extensive urology product knowledge, operating room experience, and a proven ability to launch disruptive technologies while traveling 50–60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of related experience in the medical device industry with urology knowledge.
• Operating room experience is essential.
• Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time.
• Ability to launch disruptive technologies and exceed revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for The UroLift System and Barrigel products.
• Develop territory plans and identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the territory.
• Communicate value propositions to customers and drive product adoption.
• Train and develop accounts to integrate products into practice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain compliance with policies.
