Job summary

Teleflex seeks a Senior Territory Manager–Urology for Albuquerque, NM to build relationships with KOLs and effectively communicate the UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer value propositions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accounts for adoption of Teleflex’s Interventional Urology portfolio.

Qualifications

• Operating room experience required.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience launching disruptive urology technologies is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for UroLift System and Barrigel products.
• Develop territory plans with objectives and opportunities.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the territory.
• Communicate product value propositions to customers.
• Identify and train accounts for adoption of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical training.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and KOLs.
• Ensure timely sales reporting with regional managers and finance.
• Address product complaints and safety issues.
• Travel approximately 50%-60% with valid driver's license.
