Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an Associate Territory Manager-Urology for the Houston, TX area to support the UroLift System and Barrigel cases. You will provide on-site clinical consultation, education, and sales activities to hospitals and surgical centers, collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to meet territory goals.

This role requires travel, strong communication skills, and the ability to train physicians and staff on product use and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 1 year clinical or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 50–60% to support customers and procedures.
• Strong communication, customer service and clinical/product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide case coverage for UroLift System and Barrigel cases as needed.
• Educate physicians, surgeons and staff on device use and procedures.
• Attend training/meetings for business development and product updates.
• Maintain product knowledge and support sales activities within the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals and health care professionals.
