Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Senior Territory Manager in the Lansing/Detroit, MI area to lead sales of the UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer. You will build relationships with KOLs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive adoption while meeting revenue targets.

Requires 4–5 years in medical devices, operating room experience, and a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas. Travel will be 50–60%, and you will partner with Interventional Urology teams to expand hospital-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of medical device experience with urology products preferred.
• Operating room experience is essential.
• Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies in urology is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong negotiation ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for The UroLift System and Barrigel products.
• Develop and maintain territory plans with objectives and opportunities.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts for the territory.
• Communicate value propositions to healthcare providers and optimize adoption.
• Train and develop accounts to integrate products into urology practices.
• Collaborate with education, sales, and marketing teams to drive growth.
