Job summary

Teleflex seeks a Milwaukee-based Senior Territory Manager, Interventional Urology, to build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs and drive adoption of The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey market dynamics and develop accounts to meet revenue targets.

The role requires extensive urology knowledge, ability to launch disruptive technologies, and willingness to travel up to 60% to support physicians and hospitals

Qualifications

• Operating room experience required.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience launching disruptive technologies in urology preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas for The UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer in the defined region.
• Develop territory plans and identify opportunities to grow product adoption.
• Provide accurate forecasts and communicate value propositions to customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train physicians and support clinical independence.
• Maintain credentials to work in hospitals and manage travel within budget.
