Job summary

Teleflex is a leading medical technologies company focused on improving health outcomes. The Interventional Urology business unit develops minimally invasive devices like the UroLift System and Barrigel, serving physicians with innovative solutions.

The Regional Sales Leader will hire and grow a high-performing team, drive regional plans, and communicate value to clinicians while aligning with corporate strategies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• BA in Business (or related discipline) or equivalent work experience.
• At least 10 years of previous sales management experience strongly preferred, including a proven ability to manage a remote-based team effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of Urology field, products, and strong relationships with local urologists preferred.
• Operating room or therapeutic delivery experience.
• Successful track record of launching new and disruptive technologies and proficiency in reimbursement for assigned region.
• Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiating skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities while handling confidential matters.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to refine business plans and sales techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a regional sales team to meet quotas and targets.
• Provide career guidance through situational skill development.
• Identify future leaders within sales and cultivate leadership potential.
• Maintain quarterly and annual regional business plans and forecasts.
• Communicate UroLift and Barrigel value propositions to physicians.
• Develop accounts to adopt UroLift system and Barrigel Rectal Spacer.
• Collaborate with Education, Marketing, and Customer Service to support physicians.
• Travel as required and manage expenses within budget.
