Salesforce is seeking a Commercial Account Executive in the United States to drive growth in up-market customers within Consumer Business Services industries. You will build pipeline, shape long-term account strategy, and grow revenue through consultative selling and executive-level relationships.

You’ll work across teams to align on business objectives, expand opportunities, and maximize Salesforce investment for customers ranging from mid-market to enterprise.

Formación

• 5+ years of full cycle sales experience; at least 3 years in field sales.
• Proven track record managing customer accounts to drive upsell/cross-sell or acquire new logos.
• Ability to build and deliver presentations and strategize with a large extended team.
• Demonstrated ability to develop C-suite relationships and drive customer satisfaction at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
• Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy, aligned to customer business objectives, coordinating internal Salesforce resources and Prime and Cloud sales teams.
• Share the Salesforce value proposition for existing and new customers, building opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.
• Drive growth within assigned accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and new logo acquisition.
