Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Corporate seeks a leader to oversee University Relations and Early Career Talent Programs in Atlanta. This role builds academic partnerships, drives campus recruitment, and develops pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.

The position partners with operational leaders, educators and HR stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire emerging talent, with weekly travel to support campus events and entity hiring activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field is required.
• 4 years of recruiting experience required.
• In lieu of degree, 6 years of relevant work experience may be accepted with required recruiting experience.
• 2 years leading specialty recruitment programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead University Relations and Early Career Talent Programs across Piedmont Healthcare.
• Build and maintain academic partnerships, execute campus recruitment strategies, and develop talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, educators and HR to attract and hire emerging talent.
