Job summary

The role is remote with weekly travel to campus and entity events, collaborating closely with operational leaders and HR stakeholders to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field required.
• 4 years of recruiting experience required; or 10 years of general HR experience with at least 2 years of recruiting.
• 2 years leading specialty recruitment programs preferred.
