Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Inc. seeks a leader to drive University Relations and Early Career Talent Programs. You will build and maintain academic partnerships, design and execute campus recruitment strategies, and develop talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.

You will collaborate closely with operational leaders, educators, and HR stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire emerging talent. Weekly travel will be required to support campus recruitment events and entity hiring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field is required.
• In lieu of degree, six years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
• 4 years of recruiting experience required.
• 2 years of experience leading specialty recruitment programs preferred.

• In Lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement. Required

Work Experience

• 4 years of recruiting experience required
• In lieu of experience, 10 years of general human resources experience required. If general HR experience, a minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience Required
• 2 years of experience leading specialty recruitment programs preferred
