Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare seeks a leader to oversee University Relations and Early Career Talent Programs. You will build partnerships with academic institutions, execute campus recruitment plans, and develop talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce needs.

You will collaborate with operational leaders, educators, and HR stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire emerging talent, with weekly travel to campus events and entity hiring sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field is required.
• 4 years of recruiting experience required; 10 years HR with 2+ years recruiting is an alternative.
• 2 years leading specialty recruitment programs preferred.

Partners closely with operational leaders, educators, and HR stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire emerging talent. Weekly travel will be required to support campus recruitment events and entity hiring events.

Qualifications:

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management or related field Required or
• In Lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement. Required

Work Experience

• 4 years of recruiting experience required
• In lieu of experience, 10 years of general human resources experience required. If general HR experience, a minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience Required
• 2 years of experience leading specialty recruitment programs preferred
