Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, healthcare administration, social sciences or related field preferred.
• 2 years of recruitment or HR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates and developing a pool of qualified applicants in advance of need.
• Collaborating with the talent acquisition team to fill open positions across Piedmont Healthcare facilities.
• Facilitating employee transfers to different departments and facilities as needed.
