Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer III to analyze, design, install, administer, and support UC infrastructure in Arizona. You will mentor staff, manage scheduled maintenance, and handle project work while ensuring service excellence across departments.

The role requires 6+ years UC experience, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, and Cisco/ITIL certifications is a plus. On-call rotation and on-site work in Arizona are expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in support of Unified Communications technologies.
• 8+ years in UC technologies preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, install, administer, maintain and troubleshoot UC infrastructure.
• Implement VoIP solutions and integrate PBX with contact center interfaces.
• Monitor UC resource capacity and manage performance.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for UC systems.
• Provide on-call support for upgrades, patches, and installations.
