Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer III to design, implement, and maintain our UC infrastructure. You will perform maintenance, project work, and installations while mentoring other staff.

The role emphasizes strong communication with stakeholders and adherence to IT governance and service levels. The position requires 6 years of UC technologies experience (8 years preferred) and Cisco/IP networking certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Information Technology or Computer Science is required.
• Bachelor's in IT/CS is preferred.
• 6 years of Unified Communications technologies experience required.
• 8 years of Unified Communications experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, install, administer, and maintain UC infrastructure.
• Perform operational tasks including maintenance, projects, and installations, with mentoring to staff.
• Provide proactive customer support and documentation, including knowledge base updates.
• Contribute to IT governance and project assignments to meet milestones.
