Job summary

I2X Technologies is seeking a Network Operations Specialist to manage complex network issues across TDM and SIP trunks, ensuring high availability for mission-critical services. You will work with UC and DRSN environments, monitor alarms, and document incidents from detection to resolution in compliance with procedures.

US citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance are required. Willingness to work 24x7 in a shift pattern is expected.

Qualifications

Hold DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Able to work in a 24x7 shift work environment.
Understanding of voice infrastructure and IP network topologies.

Responsibilities

Create/update/resolve issues using a broad network knowledge and ServiceNow platform.
Notify necessary contacts based on awareness networks, circuits or incidents.
Configure and analyze customer circuits across TDM and SIP trunks.
Work with customers and stakeholders to ensure maximum network availability.
Proactively monitor network alarms across platform-specific tools.
Provide global situational awareness and restore service after incidents.
Document outages and resolutions in incident management systems.
Perform configuration maintenance on route plans, device profiles, and call routing.
Develop and recommend UC and DRSN solutions and processes.
