Job summary

Omni Technology Group is seeking a Unified Communications Technician with an active TS/SCI clearance to support global customers via a 24x7 NOC. The role covers design, deployment, and maintenance of UC systems, including VTC and streaming, with strong emphasis on Cisco CUCM and VOIP.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 8 years’ UC engineering experience, along with IAT II certification and poly clearance. Linux/Windows admin skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years’ UC engineering/ops experience.
• Requires an IAT II Certification and TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Poly.
• Experience with Cisco Voice, video, VoIP and CUCM.
• Administration of Linux and Windows operating systems in UC environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Unified Communications systems for enterprise.
• Provide expert analysis of voice, video, and data network integration.
• Plan network layouts and configure systems for user environments.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and SOPs.
