Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years of underwriting/market-facing experience in Commercial Insurance; experience in E&S Property.
• Or Bachelor’s Degree with 20+ years in Claims or Underwriting Support; experience in E&S Property.
• Minimum 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing regional Property underwriting staff.
• Oversee regional performance: new business production, policy count retention, rate/tiering execution, and portfolio management actions.
• Manage regional wholesale broker relationships and underwriter referrals; maintain a small production portfolio.
• Travel as needed (approx. 25%) to support the team and broker relationships; collaborate on desk-level market strategies.
