Responsibilities

• Audit applications to ensure decisions and processing follow guidelines.
• Audit medical record summaries per established guidelines.
• Assist management with staff training and risk assessment projects.
• Process formal underwriting appeals and complaints.
• Review underwriting fraud referrals for appropriateness.
