Qualifications

• Advanced technical knowledge of Financial Lines and Management Liability products.
• 5+ years of underwriting experience with agency management and profitable book growth.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite, market and manage a profitable book across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber, and other LM products.
• Analyze financial statements, exposures, and risk characteristics to guide pricing and terms.
• Prepare submissions, present to producers, and negotiate terms for complex new/renewal business.
• Develop agency relationships and lead territory marketing plans to drive growth.
• Mentor and train junior underwriters to elevate underwriting excellence.
