You will underwrite, market, and manage a profitable book, while building strong agency relationships and delivering underwriting excellence across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber and related products.

The role requires advanced underwriting expertise, consultative broker partnerships, and mentoring less experienced underwriters.

Qualifications

• Advanced technical knowledge of Financial Lines and Management Liability products.
• Strong analytical, financial analysis, and risk assessment skills.
• Sales, marketing, negotiation, business development, and relationship management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and market assigned products to grow a profitable book of business.
• Evaluate, price, and approve risks according to guidelines and authority levels.
• Prepare submissions and proposals, negotiate terms and endorsements for complex cases.
