Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of related industry or underwriting experience; equivalent combinations may be substituted.
• Experience supporting or managing agency relationships and a profitable book of business is preferred.
• Professional designations such as RPLU, CPCU, ARM, or AU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and market assigned products across Management Liability lines.
• Manage a profitable book of business and develop strong agency relationships.
• Underwrite submissions, price risks, and negotiate terms within authority.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across PHLY products.
• Collaborate with brokers, agents, and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives.
