Job summary

You will underwrite, market to brokers, and manage a profitable book across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber, and other Management Liability offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related underwriting experience.
• Experience managing agency relationships and a profitable book of business preferred.
• Familiarity with Management Liability products (D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber).
• Proficiency with MS Office and underwriting-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and market products, manage a profitable book across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary Liability, Crime, Cyber, and related lines.
• Analyze financial statements, exposures, and risk characteristics to inform underwriting decisions.
• Develop pricing, terms, conditions, and endorsements for new and renewal business; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Build and strengthen agency partnerships; drive territory growth and client service excellence.
