Job summary

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a Tokio Marine Group member, seeks an Underwriter to support the Management and Professional Lines portfolio with underwriting, marketing, and agency relationship development.

This role offers diverse location options and requires technical underwriting expertise, analytical skills, and collaboration with brokers to drive profitable growth across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and Cyber lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of underwriting industry experience.
• Experience supporting or managing agency relationships is preferred.
• Professional designations such as RPLU, CPCU, ARM, or AU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a profitable book of business across D&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber and other Management Liability products.
• Analyze financial statements, exposures, and loss experience to underwrite decisions.
• Develop pricing, coverage terms, conditions and endorsements for new and renewal business.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across PHLY commercial product offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned agencies and brokers.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, risk management, marketing, operations and product teams to meet objectives.
