Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in Branch Banking Operations or Deposit Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience in regulated processes with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead unclaimed property program and BOS processes for accuracy and governance.
• Oversee data collection, due diligence, and state reporting across multiple entities.
• Manage vendor relationships, audits, and evidence retention.
• Improve processes through SQL/workflow and EWFT standardization.
• Ensure service levels and control governance for BOS activities.
