You will lead the enterprise unclaimed property cycle, oversee due diligence, reporting, and audits, and drive modernization across BOS processes with data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

10+ years in Branch Banking Operations or Deposit Operations.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Experience with regulated processes and strict deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of banking operations, treasury and related services.

Responsibilities

Lead the team for unclaimed property, escheatment, and deposit operations support.
Ensure accurate due diligence and reporting timelines.
Oversee data collection and quality for various deposit and property types.
Manage audits, vendor relationships, and evidence production.
Guide governance, reconciliations, and controls across BOS activities.
Drive modernization with SQL/workflow improvements and automation.
