Qualifications

• 10+ years in Branch Banking Operations or Deposit Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Experience with regulated processes and deadlines.
• Knowledge of general banking operations and compliance obligations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate due diligence, escheatment, and state reporting.
• Oversee data collection, validation, and audit readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships and the Sovos integration.
