Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Lending Administration Manager in Chandler, AZ to lead the Lending Administration workflow and ensure policy compliance across teams. The role partners with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance and Technology to drive process improvements and governance in Central Lending operations.

The candidate will review others’ work, lead defined workstreams, and maintain documentation standards while delivering timely resolutions and escalations as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Credit Administration or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with commercial lending, processes and controls.
• Ability to solve problems independently with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow ensuring policy and quality standards.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance and throughput.
• Embed process controls and governance, including SOX/testing support.
• Coordinate with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance and Tech to implement improvements.
• May lead and develop a dedicated program or framework.
