Job summary

Western Alliance Bancorporation seeks a seasoned Lending Administration Manager to govern and optimize the Lending Administration workflow in Chandler, AZ. You will lead cross-team collaboration across Lending, Credit, Operations, and Compliance to ensure compliant, on-time execution of procedures.

You will oversee performance analytics, drive process improvements, and support audits while mentoring analysts in governed execution and leading defined workstreams as directed by senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in Credit Administration or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory obligations and industry standards.
• Knowledge of commercial credit with various lending products.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern day-to-day execution of Lending Administration workflow meeting policy and quality requirements.
• Oversee reporting and analytics for workflow performance and drive throughput.
• Lead governance, documentation, evidence retention, and audit support.
• Collaborate with Lending, Credit, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to resolve issues.
• Possibly lead a dedicated program or framework.
