EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions) to help clients maximize value from workforce management investments. You will analyze current states, configure UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central, and lead end-to-end implementation activities across Discovery to Postproduction Support in multi-national settings.

This role emphasizes strong analytical skills, travel readiness, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience supporting client projects in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
• Experience in global/multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM, delivering high-quality client work.
• Gain advanced knowledge of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central and support configurations, builds, tests, and migrations.
• Contribute to pre-sales, design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Facilitate sessions with clients and internal teams, aligning objectives to client needs.
• Support data analysis, thought leadership, and postproduction support activities.
