Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions) to develop and enhance our People Consulting UKG practice in the US. You will help clients maximize the value of their workforce management investments, understanding current states and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience supporting global/multinational UKG WFM/HR implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFM projects, primarily focused on UKG WFM.
• Deliver quality client service, design, and build deliverables on time and within budget.
• Develop functional/technical design docs, test plans, and training materials.
• Support pre-sales and client workshops to tailor objectives to client needs.
• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to post-production support.
