Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specialized in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions) to advance our People Consulting UKG practice. You will deliver high-quality workforce management solutions, collaborate with teams, and ensure value from investments.

Key duties include leading WFM configurations, supporting pre-sales, and developing design and test artifacts for client projects in a balanced hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping.
• Bachelor’s Degree necessary.
• Experience in Time Management, Attendance, Leave, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
• Participation in global UKG WFM/HR implementations preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel; balanced hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM, delivering high-quality client work.
• Develop designs, configuration, build, and testing for implementations.
• Create functional/technical design documents and test plans.
• Support pre-sales, discovery, design sessions and knowledge transfer.
• Drive data analysis and summarize insights for clients.
