Job summary

EY’s People Consulting team in the US seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions). You will drive large-scale WFM projects, tailor configurations, gather requirements, and deliver solutions on time and within budget while ensuring client success.

You’ll gain deep expertise in UKG Dimensions/Workforce Central, lead pre-sales and implementation work, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

2-5 years of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping experience.
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
Experience in global/multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
Strong analytical abilities with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM.
Deliver high-quality client service and work products.
Gain knowledge of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central.
Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades.
Contribute to pre-sales and sales strategies.
Facilitate working sessions, create functional/technical design documents.
Analyze data and summarize findings for clients.
Participate in full lifecycle activities from Discovery to Postproduction Support.
