Job summary

EY’s People Consulting practice in the US seeks a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions) to develop and enhance workforce management solutions. You will work with diverse teams to ensure clients achieve maximum value from their investments, focusing on understanding current states and applying best practices to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Demonstrated ability in supporting client projects, leveraging knowledge in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
• Experience in participating in or supporting global and/or multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFM projects primarily in UKG WFM.
• Gather requirements, design, configure, build, test and deploy solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities and client demonstrations.
• Facilitate client workshops and align objectives with business needs.
• Develop design documents, test plans, and knowledge transfer materials.
