Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions) to help our People Consulting UKG practice deliver high-value workforce management solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to understand client states and apply best practices to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead enterprise UKG WFM implementations, develop configurations, and support pre-sales and post-sales activities while traveling as needed in a balanced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central (Legacy Kronos) Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience supporting client projects in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
• Experience in global and multi-national UKG WFM and HR implementations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM.
• Gain advanced knowledge of UKG Dimensions/Workforce Central.
• Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Create design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Participate in pre-sales and sales strategies for end-clients.
• Facilitate sessions with clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to postproduction support and migration tasks.
