Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions) to help clients maximize value from workforce management deployments. You will work closely with EY teams to design, configure, and implement efficient WFM solutions for large-scale projects.

You will lead efforts on UKG WFM deployments, support pre-sales activities, and develop client-ready deliverables, while navigating a balanced hybrid work environment across US offices.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Experience supporting global and multi-national UKG WFM and HR system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM, delivering quality client service and work products.
• Gain advanced knowledge of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central systems.
• Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, including requirements gathering and design.
• Contribute to pre-sales and sales strategies for end-client opportunities.
• Facilitate working sessions for internal and client teams; tailor objectives to client needs.
• Create functional and technical design documents, test plans, and implementation docs.
• Analyze data and present findings; support thought leadership and new processes.
