EY seeks a Senior Consultant in People Consulting to lead UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions) projects. You will deliver high-value workforce management solutions, tailor configurations, and guide clients from discovery through post-production support.

Based in the United States, this role offers a balanced hybrid work environment and contributes to EY’s global workforce transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with the UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping module.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Demonstrated ability to support client projects with time management, attendance, leave management, forecasting, and labor scheduling.
• Experience in global or multi-national UKG WFM implementations.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel and work in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a key resource on large-scale UKG WFM projects, delivering quality client service and work products.
• Gain advanced knowledge of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central systems.
• Support configurations, implementations, modifications, and upgrades, including requirements gathering and design.
• Contribute to pre-sales and sales strategies for end-client engagements.
• Facilitate sessions with clients and internal teams to align objectives.
• Create functional/technical designs, test plans, and training materials.
• Participate in full lifecycle activities from discovery to postproduction support.
