Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in UKG WFM PRO (Dimensions) to enhance our People Consulting UKG practice. You will work with teams to maximize value from workforce management investments, understanding client states and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

You will lead UKG WFM projects, apply best practices, and contribute to design, configuration, testing, and knowledge transfer across a global client base.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central Timekeeping experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Time Management, Attendance, Leave Management, Forecasting, and Labor Scheduling.
• Experience in global UKG WFM/HR implementations.
• Strong analytical abilities; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and operate in a balanced hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead on large-scale WFM projects, primarily UKG WFM.
• Gain knowledge of UKG Dimensions or Workforce Central; support configurations and upgrades.
• Contribute to pre-sales; design documents, test plans, and training materials.
• Support data analysis and present findings to clients.
• Participate in end-to-end lifecycle: Discovery to Postproduction Support.
