Job summary

Zoom is seeking a lead Solutions Engineer to act as the technical advocate for enterprise customers, translating complex requirements into multi-product design across Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered solutions.

You will partner with Strategic Accounts, run discovery, demos, and POCs, and help drive deals by articulating architectural advantages and AI use cases, while aligning with Product and Engineering on requests.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solutions engineering experience with enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge across the full UCaaS stack: SaaS, cloud voice, contact center, video, and UC.
• Hands-on with API integrations, networking protocols, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure.
• Genuine interest in AI with ability to speak to its impact on work environments.
• Excellent executive presence and collaboration with AEs and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Strategic Accounts AE to drive technical sales across the full Zoom platform.
• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Serve as the primary technical advocate translating customer requirements into product recommendations.
• Articulate Zoom's architectural advantages and AI use cases to decision-makers.
• Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform internal roadmaps.
• Collaborate with AEs, product managers, and specialists to manage RFPs/RFQs and remove blockers.
